释义	donatio causa mortis 〈拉〉(罗马法)死因赠与指以赠与人先于受赠人死亡为条件的赠与。它和遗赠相类似，但一为契约行为，一为单方行为。通常多在赠与人临终前为之，故又称临终赠与。为略式行为，其订立不需任何方式，且赠与人有权撤销其赠与，除非其抛弃此项权利。
