释义	obviousness n. (专利法)显而易见性某一项发明不具有专利性的条件之一。如果该项发明可以由该技术领域的一般技术人员易从公知信息(即现有技术〔prior art〕)中推演而得，则该发明即具有显而易见性，从而不能获得有效的专利权。与此相对的则是「非显而易见性」〔nonobviousness〕。
