在利息法中，如果为避免使受托人获取衡平法院不能允许的利益而向其计征复利〔compound interest〕，则该利息应每年在指定的年结算期中进行计算。在该结算期中，向受托人收取利息，并向其支付佣金和该年度的合法费用。
