释义	issue roll 〈英〉诉讼争点卷宗旧时诉讼中，在当事人提交了诉答书状后即要求将案件的争执点记录下来。如果案件是由陪审团审判的，只是先在案卷上记下诉讼开始〔incipitur〕，开庭审理之后才记录争点的全部内容。此做法已于1834年被废除。
