释义	attorney of record 〈美〉记录在案的律师代表当事人出庭，因而被作为当事人的正式律师记载于法庭卷宗之上的律师。当事人提交的每一份书状至少要有一名记录在案的律师签名，并注明其住址。一旦成为记录在案的律师后，未经法庭许可不得退出诉讼。
