释义	grand assize 〈英〉咨审权利诉讼亨利二世时期所创立的一种特殊的由16位骑士组成的咨审团进行审判的审判方式。在权利令状中，承租人或被告人可以选择该种审判方式，以取代原始的决斗断讼的审判习俗。这一审判方式已为1833年《民事诉讼法》〔Civil Procedure Act〕所取消。
