释义 | A person whose business is to lend money, usually in small sums, on security of personal property deposited with him or left in pawn. Little Itock v. Barton, 33 Ark. 444; Schaul v. Whoever loans money on deposit or pledges of personal property, or who purchases personal property or choses in action, on condition of selling the same back again at a stipulated price, is hereby defined and declared to be a pawnbroker.
