释义 | 1. Position: An individual in the seat of a particular title, who performs the duties that accompany it while being paid and receiving the benefits for his/her services. The occupier is ‘acting’ in that authority is he/she is not the primary owner of the position. 2. Property: An individual or party who gains ownership of a property or a piece of land. Through the payment of rent or adverse possesion, an unlawful occupier can become a law abiding tenant. |
