| 释义 | Lease arrangement by a tenant, the lessee, to pay rent plus associated general expenses. A capital lease is a net lease but an operating lease is not. The lessee may pay for garbage collection, security, and utilities in a property lease. The lessee pays all maintenance, operating, associated leased equipment repair costs plus insurance and taxes in an equipment lease. Also refer to gross lease. |
