释义 | A certificate that the court issues which states the deceased’s will is valid legally. The authorization to administer the deceased’s estate is given to the executors appointed by the will. 2. A legal process through which a deceased’s assets are distributed to the heirs or beneficiaries state in the will, or by a court appointed administrator by the local law. The court has to make sure that the deceased’s outstanding liabilities are taken care of before the distribution of the contents of the will. Such proceedings often last years if the claim disputes arise. |
