释义	attorney of record 〈美〉記錄在案的律師代表當事人出庭，因而被作為當事人的正式律師記載於法庭卷宗之上的律師。當事人提交的每一份書狀至少要有一名記錄在案的律師簽名，並注明其住址。一旦成為記錄在案的律師後，未經法庭許可不得退出訴訟。
