单词 accession
释义
accession
accession 1. a doctrine of English law by which a person is held to be responsible for a crime even although he is not the principal actor. An accessory before the fact is someone who procures, counsels, com- mands or abets it. An accessory after the fact assists the principal by harbouring him or assisting him to get away. A person who actually is present but does not commit the act is not an accessory but a prin- cipal in the second degree. Accession after the fact is not generally accepted in Scotland, although it has been imposed by statute in cases of TREASON.
