| 释义 | Court of Session Court of Session Scotland's supreme civil court located in Scotland.It is divided into an Outer House, which deals with important cases at first instances, and an Inner House, which (except for a few unusu- al matters) acts as a court of appeal. The decisions of the Inner House can be appealed to the House of Lords (save for a few special cases). Thus the court is not the supreme court of Scotland. The PRIVY COUN- CIL has a jurisdiction in relation to devolution issues. |
