Lord Justice of Appeal An ordinary judge of the Court of Appeal. The Lord (and Lady) Justices are normally appointed from those holding the post of a High Court judge or those possessing a ten-year High Court qualification under the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990. They become members of the Privy Council on appointment. |
