释义	cassation 〈法〉撤销；撤销判决大陆法国家中上级法院审查下级法院判决的一种方式。因对判决适用法律的正确性有异议而提交上级法院审查的案件，若上级法院确认异议成立，则以判决不正确为由予以撤销，并将案件发回同级的另一下级法院重新审判，上级法院自己并不作出新的判决代替原判决或对原判决予以改判。
