释义 | diplomatic immunity diplomatic immunity freedom from legal proceedings in the UK granted to members of diplomatic missions of foreign states under the Diplomatic Privileges Act 1964. Members of a mission's diplo- matic staff are entitled to full criminal and civil immunity except for actions relating to certain private activities. Members of a mission's administrative or technical staff have full criminal immunity while civil immunity is restricted to acts performed in the course of his offi- cial duties. Both criminal and civil immunity for domestic staff are restricted to acts performed in the course of official duties. |
