administration action
Application made by the personal representatives of the estate of a deceased person, or by a beneficiary or creditor of the estate, for an order that the court take over the administration of the estate. Once such an order has been made, the powers of the personal representatives to deal with the estate cannot be exercised without sanction of the court. |
