rehabilitation activity requirement
A requirement that may be imposed by a sentencing court as part of a community order. During the period of the requirement, the offender must comply with instructions given by the probation officer or responsible officer to attend appointments, to participate in activities, or both. Activities can include those designed to make reparation to the victim or to make the offender less likely to reoffend. The activity requirement is the equivalent requirement for young offenders. |
