Initial Details of the Prosecution Case
(IDPC) In criminal proceedings, details about the case against an accused provided by the prosecution to the defence as part of the pretrial disclosure of information. More specifically, the term refers to information disclosed as part of the mode of trial proceedings now governed by part 21 of the Criminal Procedure Rules. This was previously known as advance information. |
