Lands Chamber
A chamber of the Upper Tribunal that hears disputes concerning compensation for the compulsory purchase of land and similar questions involving land valuation. It also determines disputes as to the value of land or buildings for inheritance-tax purposes and hears appeals from the Property Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal. The Lands Chamber took over from the former Lands Tribunal in 2008.
