allocation questionnaire Under earlier versions of the Civil Procedure Rules, a questionnaire that was served on both parties in civil litigation. The completion of this document enabled the court to allocate the case to the most appropriate track (see allocation). The completed form included such information as the monetary value of the claim, the complexity of the case, and whether there were any counterclaims. From April 2013 allocation questionnaires were replaced by directions questionnaires. |
