Divisional Court A court consisting of not less than two judges of one of the Divisions (Queen’s Bench, Chancery, and Family) of the High Court. Their function is to hear appeals in various matters prescribed by statute; they also exercise the supervisory jurisdiction of the High Court over inferior courts. Most of this jurisdiction is exercised by the Queen’s Bench Division, which also hears applications for judicial review in the Administrative Court and appeals by way of case stated from magistrates’ courts. |
