释义	Patents Court Collectively, the Patents County Court (see intellectual property enterprise court and the Patents Court of the High Court. The latter forms part of the Chancery Division of the High Court, having jurisdiction over matters arising under the Patents Acts 1949–77, the Registered Designs Acts 1949–61, and the Defence Contracts Act 1958, as well as the inherent jurisdiction of the High Court. Two puisne judges of the Chancery Division with special experience of patent law are assigned to hear cases, but they will be assisted by special scientific advisers.
