Third Party Debt Order
Under Part 72 of the Civil Procedure Rules, the procedure by which a judgment creditor may obtain a court order against a third party who owes money to, or holds money on behalf of, the judgment debtor. The order requires the third party to pay the money (or part of it) to the judgment creditor. |
