Mauritius Convention on Transparency in Investor–State Arbitration A convention of 2017 that aims to facilitate the application of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Rules on Transparency in Treaty-Based Investor–State Arbitration (2014). Under the Convention, signatory states agree that the UNCITRAL Rules on Transparency will apply to arbitrations between investors and states conducted under treaties concluded before 1 April 2014, regardless of the applicable arbitration rules. |
