Standard Conditions of Sale
A published set of conditions of sale that are designed to be used as standard conditions in domestic and commercial transfers of land. These replace the two former sets of standard conditions, the Law Society’s Conditions of Sale and the National Conditions of Sale. In practice these conditions are used in the vast majority of contracts for the sale of land.
