supervision requirement
A requirement that may be imposed by a sentencing court as part of a youth rehabilitation order under the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008. It places an offender under the supervision of a probation officer or other responsible officer for a period not exceeding three years. The requirement is no longer available to a court sentencing an adult offender where the date of offence was on or after 1 February 2015. |
