释义	海上保險保單 A contract by which the insurer undertakes to indemnify the insured in the manner and to the extent specified by the policy, against the losses incident to marine adventure. A marine insurance policy must specify the name of the assured (Marine Insurance Ordinance (Cap 329) s 23), the subject matter insured (s 26(1)); the voyage or period of time covered (s 25), the sums insured and must be signed by the insurer (s 24). See also Maritime peril. 指保險人承擔對受保人就保單中特定的方式與程度，針對海上冒險所招致的損失而作出補償的責任的合約。海上保單必須將受保人的姓名或名稱（《海上保險條例》（第329章）第23條）、受保標的物（第26條(1)）、航程性質或定期性質(第25條)及保額指明，以及必須由保險人簽署（第24條）。另見 Maritime peril。
