| 释义 | 海外律師 A lawyer entitled to practise the law of a foreign jurisdiction. An overseas lawyer is qualified for admission in Hong Kong as a solicitor under the Legal Practitioners Ordinance (Cap 159) s 4(1)(b) if he is a person of good standing in his jurisdiction of admission; and he satisfies the statutory requirements: Overseas Lawyers (Qualification for Admission) Rules (Cap 159Q) ss 4, 5. 有權於外地司法管轄區從事法律執業的律師。如海外律師在其獲認許的司法管轄區具有良好聲譽；並且滿足法定要求，則根據《法律執業者條例》（第159章）第4(1)(b)條，該海外律師具有獲得香港律師認許的資格：《海外律師（認許資格）規則》（第159Q章）第4及5條。 |
