释义	海事法訴訟 The body of law derived from the practice of the admiralty jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance. An action in admiralty may be tried by the court in the exercise of its statutory or customary jurisdiction. Proceedings in rem may commence against a ship or a ship’s cargo while the ship is within the court’s jurisdiction, with the ship named as defendant.
