| 释义 | 海事法庭 The is no separately constituted Admiralty Court in Hong Kong SAR as in the case of England. The admiralty jurisdiction is exercised by the Admiralty Judge of the Court of First Instance: High Court Ordinance (Cap 4). The procedures in an admiralty action are provided for in the Rules of the High Court (Cap 4A) O 75. Administrative functions such as the arrest of, appraisement and sale of property in admiralty actions in rem are performed by the Chief Bailiff under the supervision of the Registrar, High Court. 在香港特別行政區並非如英國般有獨立的海事法庭。有關海事管轄權主要是由高等法院的海事法官行使的：《高等法院條例》（第4章）。有關海事訴訟的程序列於《高等法院規則》（第4章A）第75令內。而有關行政上的功能如在海事訴訟內財產的沒收、估價及出售，則由執達吏在高等法院的登記主任的督導下執行。 |
