| 释义 | full title guarantee • that the seller has the right to dispose of the property; • that the seller will do all he can to give the title he purports to give, at his own cost; • in the case of registered land, that the whole of the property in the registered title is being transferred; • in the case of unregistered land, that freehold is being transferred or, if the property is leasehold, that the unexpired term of the lease is being transferred; • that the disposition is free from all charges, encumbrances, and adverse rights known to the seller; • in the case of leasehold land, that the lease continues to exist and that the seller has complied with its terms.
