Parenting Agreement
As proposed by the Family Justice Review (2012), a written agreement in which parents set out the arrangements to be made for their children in the event of divorce or separation, including where the child would live, contact with the other parent, financial issues, etc. Such an agreement would have weight as evidence in any subsequent dispute. |
