| 释义 | 隱瞞信託 Generally, beneficiaries under a trust are entitled to inspect trust documents. However, in a blind trust, such a right is taken away from them by the trustee acting in good faith. Trust documents may contain confidential information which should not be disclosed, otherwise, family troubles as a result of the disclosure may outweigh the benefit of their inspection: Re Londonderry’s Settlement [1965] Ch 918.
