释义	承轉人 One to whom real property is being conveyed; a term generally restricted to those involved in real property law. In some jurisdictions, the conveyee, or grantee or transferee in a written document, or an instrument of transfer, including instruments of transfer of stock, are subject to land transfer tax or stamp duty: Stamp Duty Ordinance (Cap 117) ss 4-15, 38-47.
