释义	佔有物 A thing of which a person may have not only ownership but also actual physical possession: Keller v Ying Wwah Tak Holdings Ltd & Anor [1997] 3 HKC 301, HKLY 204; Halsbury’s Laws of England, Vol 6 [1]. It is capable of transfer by delivery. Possession of a chose in possession is prima facie evidence of ownership. The expression of ‘chose in possession’ is also used to distinguish from chose in action which are things recoverable by action.
