释义 | 建築法 The body of legal principles relating to the construction of structures on land. Building law can be seen as a particular manifestation of the law relating to the provision of services and labour. A feature of building law is that the structure is ultimately fixed on land so that title passes to the proprietor of the land by operation of law: Appleby v Myers (1867) LR 2 CP 561. Also known as ‘construction law’.
