| 释义 | 對敲（利用顧客資金買空賣空） A dishonest practice of a broker involving non-execution of client’s orders on a recognised stock or futures market, or, where the securities are bought or sold through offshore or dummy accounts to create the illusion that they are validly executed, but in fact no securities are bought or sold. The broker normally takes a position in the market opposite that of the client. When the prevalent attitude of the amateur speculator is that of a bull, the broker would take a bear position. A firm of brokers of this kind is called a ‘bucket shop’. It is a place where the broker bets against the client without his consent and dealings are in profits and losses rather than in the securities themselves.
