释义 | 公開市場 Shops or markets where goods are openly sold in the ordinary course of business of such shops or markets, the supermarkets, open markets such as the Stanley and Hong Kong Markets: Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap 26) s 24(1); Srivastava & Tennekone, The Law of Tort in Hong Kong (1995) p 89. The buyer acquires a good title to the goods, provided he buys them in good faith and without notice of any defect or want of title on the part of the seller: s 24(1); R v Tai Shing Jewellery Co & Anor [1983] 2 HKC 441 (HC). The goods sold must be those usually sold at that place, and the sale must occur at the customary place and time: Hargreave v Spink [1892] 1 QB 25.
