| 释义 | 法律改革 The modernisation of the law by: bringing it into accord with current conditions; the elimination of defects in the law; the simplification of the law; and the adoption of new or more effective methods for the administration of the law and the dispensation of justice. In 1980 the Law Reform Commission of Hong Kong was established to study possible areas of reform and to publish its recommendations in reports. The Law Amendment and Reform (Consolidation) Ordinance (Cap 23) consolidates ordinances relating to interests in land, assignments, contract, tort, breach of promise and foreign corporations. 法律通過下述進行現代化：促使符合現行狀況；除去法律中的不妥善之處；把法律簡化；採用新的或更有效的法律行政及司法方法。就法律可能作出的改革進行研究，及為以報告形式發表其建議，香港法律改革委員會於1980年成立。《法律修訂及改革（綜合）條例》（第23章）對有關土地權益、轉讓、合約、侵權，違反承諾及外國法團等條例作出合併。 |
