| 释义 | 海洋法 A core subject of international law governing various rights and obligations relative to the use of the sea. The law of the sea was codified by the United Nations in Geneva in 1958, resulting in four Conventions. Subsequently, the United Nations adopted an exhaustive new legal regime of the sea, the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea 1982, which came into effect in 1994. This convention now regulates the utilisation and exploitation of living and non-living resources of the sea in territorial seas, the high seas, and the sea bed and subsoil. 國際法的核心主題，它管限使用海洋的各種有關權利及義務。1958年海洋法由聯合國在日內瓦編成法典，並導致4個公約。後來，聯合國採用了新的並詳盡的海洋法律制度，《1982年聯合國海洋法公約》於1994年生效。這公約現在對在領海、公海及海床與底土的生物及非生物資源使用及開發作出規管。另見《1958年日佈瓦海洋法公約》。 |
