释义	市場資本化 The amount that would have to be paid to acquire all of a company’s issued shares at their current market price. The market capitalisation of a company is determined by multiplying the number of shares in issue by the market value of each share. One of the basic conditions of listing is that the applicant must be able to satisfy the minimum market capitalisation criteria: Listing Rules rr 8.08, 8.09.
