释义	出口許可證 A licence supplied by a government upon application permitting the export of certain goods. Export licence may be required in order to provide revenue for the government, regulate the supply of particular goods to other countries; or preserve the cultural heritage of a country by preventing unregulated export of valuable artefacts.
