| 释义 | 未來有效的代價 Executory consideration comprises of mutual promises of the parties. The promise of a party is made in exchange for the promise of the other. Nothing has yet been done to have the mutual promises performed. Whether a consideration in a contract is in the nature of an executory consideration can be proved by admitting extrinsic evidence: Pao On v Lau Yiu Long & Ors [1973-1976] HKC 337.
