| 释义 | 獨有服務合約 A contract which obliges a person to provide services exclusively to the other party. Such a contract may be in restraint of trade, or unenforceable because it is an unreasonable and unconscionable bargain: for example A Schroeder Music Publishing Co Ltd v Macaulay [1974] 3 All ER 616, 1 WLR 1308.
