| 释义 | 生活質數 A phrase which embraces a host of desirable things not necessarily recognised or adequately recognised in the market place, and not necessarily reflected in the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Some qualities of life which cannot be readily measured but are clearly valuable include civil liberties, justice, observance of law, health and education, clean air and water, and the morale of the nation. The quality of the individual’s life is strongly influenced by personal, family and community relationships, safety, employment prospects, travelling time, housing and working conditions, general stress, and political and social influences. The stated aim of some legislative provisions is to maintain or improve the quality of life for the community at large: Air Pollution Control Ordinance (Cap 311), Water Pollution Control Ordinance (Cap 358), Noise Control Ordinance (Cap 400), Waste Disposal Ordinance (Cap 354), Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force Ordinance (Cap 233). 包含許多值得嚮往的，但不一定為市場所認可或足夠認可的東西，它們又不一定反映在國民生產總值上。有些生活的質量可能不能很容易地被量度但卻明顯地珍貴，例如公民自由、公義、守法、健康及教育，清新的空氣及清潔的水，以及國家的士氣。個人的生活質數很受個人、家庭及社區關係、人身安全、就業前景、交通時間、住屋及工作環境、一般壓力，及政治及社會影響等因素的影響。某些法例其指明目標為維持或改善整體社會的生活質數：《空氣污染管制條例》（第311章）；《水污染管制條例》（第358章）；《噪音管制條例》（第400章）；《廢物處置條例》（第354章）；《香港輔助警隊條例》（第233章）。 |
