| 释义 | 濫用文件 Improper use of documents obtained by discovery. A party who obtains discovery may use the documents disclosed to him or her only for the purposes of conducting his or her own case, and there is an implied undertaking by him or her not to use them for any collateral or ulterior purpose. Any misuse of the documents may be restrained by injunction or punished as a contempt. Any undertaking whether express or implied, not to use a document for any purposes other than those of the proceedings in which it is disclosed shall cease to apply to such document after it has been read to or by the court, or referred to, in open court unless the court has ordered otherwise: The Rules of the High Court Rules (Cap 4A) O 24 r 14A.
