| 释义 | 粗言穢語 In criminal law, language which may constitute an offence. Any person who wilfully obstructs, resists, or uses abusive language to, any person acting in the execution under the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, or under any order or warrant made or issued thereunder, is, in any case for which no other provision is made by the Ordinance, guilty of an offence: Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Cap 132) s 139.
