释义 | 偽製品 An imitation that is passed as the original item. In relation to banknotes and coinage, a counterfeit is defined as either an instrument not being a genuine note or coin but resembling one to such an extent that it is reasonably capable of passing for a real banknote or coin; or a banknote or coin that has been so altered that it is reasonably capable of passing for a currency of other description: Crimes Ordinance (Cap 200) s 97. Offences concerning counterfeit currency: ss 95-107. See also Forgery. 冒充原來物品的倣製品。有關紙幣和硬幣方面,偽製品可界定為一張不是真正紙幣的票據或一個不是真正的硬幣,但卻與其相似,而相似程度致使偽製品在合理程度上可冒充為真紙幣或硬幣;亦可界定為曾加以更改的紙幣或硬幣,以致該經更改的紙幣或硬幣在合理程度上可冒充為某種類的貨幣:《刑事罪行條例》(第200章)第97條。有關偽造貨幣的刑事罪行:第95至第107條。另見 Forgery。n. |
