| 释义 | 偽製品 An imitation that is passed as the original item. In relation to banknotes and coinage, a counterfeit is defined as either an instrument not being a genuine note or coin but resembling one to such an extent that it is reasonably capable of passing for a real banknote or coin; or a banknote or coin that has been so altered that it is reasonably capable of passing for a currency of other description: Crimes Ordinance (Cap 200) s 97. Offences concerning counterfeit currency: ss 95-107.
