释义	對人判決 A judgment delivered by a competent judicial authority against a particular person or party imposing an obligation on him or her: Chan ChiKeung v Yuen Kay Ming [1978] HKLR 244 (HC). Another example is a judgment requiring a party to fulfil contractual commitments. It is contrasted with a judgment in rem against property.
